Great service fresh beautiful flowers very satisfied definitely very easy to work with it's probably 4 time I'm ordering from them. In just few words through the phone tell them what are you looking for and that's it you don't need to worry about anything anymore they'll take care of the rest. Definitely recommending for any occasions.

I ordered 2 arrangements for Mother’s Day that cost me around $500. In both cases, they left the flowers outside without calling/emailing me or the recipients or ringing the door bell to alert us of their arrival. At the end of the day, I received an email that they were delivered but thought it was strange that I didn’t get a call from either person about how lovely and thoughtful the gift was. In one case the arrangement was left all the way out on the sidewalk without any clue as to who it was for or from. I wrote a lengthy message to be included and it was not. Busy Bee was a complete disappointment. They treat their arrangements like trash, just throwing them out on the sidewalk and they show very little care for their arrangements. Most worthwhile florists treat their work as an artwork and take pride in the whole process from preparation to delivery. With Busy Bee, they make me feel like it is just a money grab… give me your money and get lost! There are other florists I have used in Glendale and Busy Bee ranks among the worst in delivery and handling of their orders. We were honestly a little unsure about choosing this flower shop at first, but they completely exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, communication was smooth and they were very patient with our questions and ideas, even when we weren’t entirely sure what we wanted. When we finally saw the final arrangements, we were genuinely impressed. Everything came together beautifully. The colors, the freshness, and the overall design all looked even better than we had imagined. You can really tell they put care and attention into every detail. What started as hesitation turned into total satisfaction. We are so glad we trusted them, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality flowers and reliable service.

She made a wonderful bouquet and she look care of the plushie I wanted inside of it. Very clean and didn’t ruin the plushie. 10/10 🤩😍
